Account Manager

The Account Management team is the face of MBX to the outside world. Account Managers manage the strategic part of the relationship with our customers. Account Management exists to maintain and grow revenue and operating profit with our customers and to mitigate risk for MBX. In order to be successful, Account Managers need to understand:

How our customers operate

Who their competitors are

What makes them happy

What they want to buy

How their organization works and how they make decisions

How to manage expectations on both sides

Risk and Exposure

What you’ll do

MBX account managers, with the support of dedicated account coordinators, are managing hardware responsibilities for some of the world’s largest and most successful technology developers, from streaming media to cybersecurity to video surveillance to flight simulation, and more.

Ability to understand and clearly communicate MBX’s value proposition to our customers

Build and maintain relationships across our customers’ organizations

Bridge the service gaps between the customer’s structure and MBX’s structure

New Product Introduction and discovery of new opportunities

Oversight of administrative engagements (IT, Finance, Legal, etc)

Cost recovery and negotiation

Escalate and work issues with stakeholders to resolution that satisfies the customer while protecting MBX interests.
